Animal Assisted Therapy

I continue to be humbled at the wisdom, humor and embodiment that the human-animal connection provides. I hold extensive training and clinical interest in Animal Assisted Therapies. I am EAGALA certified and currently partner with Juniper for in office and select outdoor sessions. 

Juniper is a rescued Australian Shepherd mix who has been certified with the Alliance of Therapy Dogs since 2020. Juniper brings a gentle and grounding presence to sessions and is an incredible companion in the realms of grief support, boundary setting and healthy play. When not in the office, she craves the unsniffed trail and splashing in the Rivanna river.
